I am so pleased with laser hair removal treatment. I love not having to shave and not having unsightly hairs in places women should not have them.

I was amazed at how effective my treatment was. I had work done on spider veins, a dark spot on my face, and an old scar from shingles.

The procedure on the leg veins was uncomfortable, but was completely effective, and they have not returned (almost 6 months later).

The dark spot on my face faded dramatically, and I'm not nearly as self-conscious about the way I look. The biggest surprise was the scar--it's deep, about the circumference of my thumbprint, the skin a little like cottage cheese, right on my jawline. With only one treatment, the indentation was reduced and the skin tightened.

I had no idea laser treatment could do something like that. Diane herself is extremely conscientious and honest. She didn't know how much the scar would be improved, and told me so.

Although she runs her own business, it's clear that her main goal is her clients' satisfaction, not profit. She never pressured me to do any treatments that weren't warranted, and clearly indicated the limits of what she could do.
